Ages 2–6

Feeding curiosity, building friendships and resilience, making sense of the world and learning those all important soft skills that will help our tamariki successfully transition into school and life beyond preschool is what we facilitate and support in our 2-6 year olds. Surrounded by nature indoors and out, is an everyday part of life at Gems.

Four year old – Nature Play

Once our tamariki turn four - they then have the opportunity to attend Nature Play, a real life working farm run by our Centre Owners Mike and Gemma. This is our own special version of nature play and forms a significant part of our transition to school programme. The parents who join us as weekly volunteers enjoy it as much as the children.
